Book Your Place

There are fitness classes on Wednesday evenings (legs, bums and tums) and Sunday mornings (circuits) at Slim Gym - Chorley.

Spaces are limited so make sure you book your place in advance. Places are given on a first come, first served basis.

If you are looking to get fitter, tone up those problem areas, shed some of those excess pounds or just improve your mental health then this class is perfect for you.
