  • No, we are a mobile personal training service so we will come to you.

  • This is because all of our services are bespoke and therefore prices will differ slightly depending on the duration of the sessions and the distance our trainer has to travel to you. We understand the cost of living differs in different parts of the UK and our prices reflect this. For an exact price please get a FREE Quote.

  • All of our trainers are based in the Manchester area and will travel anywhere inside the M60 and up to 20 miles (approximately) outside of it.

  • Yes. All of our trainers are fully qualified, insured and have first aid.

  • No you don't. You can book one session or multiple sessions. Fill out our online form and get a free quote for what you are interested in and one of our trainers will discuss your options with you.

  • Many people experience the same feeling so please don't feel like you're alone. We will assess your needs and build your sessions to suit you.

  • The referral scheme is designed for people who suffer mental health issues and people on benefits through the job centre. We understand the position of those people and we don't want to exclude them from exercise. If your health professional feels you would benefit from exercise then please fill out the relevant form from our downloads section. Likewise if you are on benefits please fill out the relevant form to you.

  • We can work around you. Client safety is paramount so training would not happen outdoors in the evening during winter months but we have trainers available 7 days a week.

  • Each session typically lasts for one hour.

  • We are looking to branch out in the near future. In the meantime, tell us your weight-loss goals and one of our trainers will be in contact with you to discuss your options moving forward.
